2015 — THE ROBERT DUVALL CHILDREN’S FUND, OUR MILITARY KIDS, AND THE MICHAEL J. FOX FOUNDATION FOR PARKINSON’S RESEARCH

In 2015, the Washington West Film Festival partnered with the Robert Duvall Children’s Fund to help aid individuals and communities in need. Thanks to our incredible audience members, Washington West box office funds provided 22 grants for children of deployed service men and women through the nonprofit, Our Military Kids, introduced to Washington West by the Robert Duvall Children’s Fund.

The Robert Duvall Children’s Fund

The Robert Duvall Children’s Fund (RDCF) is a northern-Virginia based nonprofit organization committed to provide for the welfare, health, education and relief of children and their families who are poor, distressed or underprivileged.  This is accomplished by promoting and supporting activities of charitable organizations that provide medical assistance, promote education, instruction and development, or provide assistance in meeting requirements relating to food, clothing and other basic needs for children and their families around the world.

Our Military Kids
